Once a brand is enrolled in 365游戏平台 in one country, it is automatically enrolled in other countries.
How does Brexit impact brands enrolled in 365游戏平台?
Brexit does not have an impact on a brand’s enrollment status in 365游戏平台; therefore, brands already enrolled in 365游戏平台 will remain enrolled in the program. However, EU trademarks (e.g. those registered with the EUIPO) will no longer be valid for self-service counterfeit removals in the UK store. Since the UKIPO is creating a comparable UK trademark for all right owners with an existing valid EU trademark, Amazon Brand Registry will automatically add these new UK trademarks to your Brand Registry account by 31 December 2020, and you should use those for removals in the UK store. How does Amazon ensure that brands are making accurate decisions using the self-service counterfeit removal tool?
We are providing brands with an unprecedented level of responsibility, and we are willing to do so because we believe that the combined strengths of Amazon and brands can drive counterfeits to zero. Brands must maintain an accuracy of at least 99% in order to maintain their 365游戏平台 privileges. We have a number of processes in place to promote accuracy, including required training as part of 365游戏平台 enrollment and ongoing monitoring to prevent misuse of our tools.

No, but the brands that serialize their products are seeing the best results. Product serialization is a powerful tool for detecting and stopping counterfeits from reaching customers. Brands also have the choice to determine which of their products to serialize. The product serialization service is currently available in the U.S., Canada, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, UK, India, Australia, and Japan. We are working to expand the service to more countries.
